Wavetable
Eight waves the Position knob glides between
Open in the synth with a demo patch Open ModularWhat it does
The Wavetable oscillator has a set of eight waveforms instead of one: sine, triangle, saw, square, narrow pulse, folded sine, a vowel and an organ. The Position knob crossfades between neighbours, so the timbre changes continuously from soft to buzzing. Drive the position with an LFO or the Timeline for the classic living pad. Note sets the pitch; an event at note retunes it with glide.

Try this
- An LFO at 0.05 Hz into pos at 0.3–0.5 depth: the timbre breathes instead of blinking.
- Position 5 (folded sine) through a resonant filter — a dry west-coast tone without harshness.
- Two wavetables on one note with different positions and a slight detune — a wide pad.
