Clock is the heartbeat of everything rhythmic: it emits an event at the chosen division of the bar, from 4 bars down to a 1/16. It makes no sound itself, but it drives everything that reacts to events: random notes, sequencers, envelopes. Gate sets how long each event lasts as a percentage of the interval; for a Voice, that is how long a note holds before its Release begins.

Try this
- Two Clocks with different divisions (1/8 and 2 bars) driving different voices create a polyrhythm that never quite repeats.
- Set Gate to 90% with a long attack on the Voice and notes will stretch and overlap.
- Clock → Chance 40% is the fastest way to make a rhythm uneven and alive.
