Divider
Passes every Nth trigger
Open in the synth with a demo patch Open ModularWhat it does
The divider counts incoming events and lets through only every Nth one. That turns a single clock into several tempos: a fast one for the melody, a slow one for chord changes or bass. It is a classic modular trick: one Clock, many dividers.

Try this
- Clock 1/8 → Divider ÷8 → Drone Note: the drone changes note once a bar while the melody runs faster.
- A Divider ÷3 from Clock 1/8 gives a triplet feel that rubs against the regular grid.
