Attenuverter
Scales and offsets CV, and can flip its sign

The attenuverter is a control for control signals: Scale multiplies the CV (a negative value inverts it) and Offset adds a constant. That gets you two different motions from one LFO: one filter opens while another closes. It can also shift a bipolar LFO into the positive range so the modulation never dips below zero.
