How the generator works
The tool draws wallpapers on canvas directly in the browser. Every mode is formula-driven: regular lattices, radial symmetry, parametric curves, the golden angle, or complex-plane iteration.
Ornaments
Star lattices, girih, Truchet arcs, rosettes, Celtic interlaces, paisley, and horn motifs are built as seamless tiles: contours land on shared cell-edge points and continue into the neighboring block.
Fractals
Mandelbrot and Julia are calculated through complex-number iterations. Scale and complexity change the viewport and iteration count, while the seed keeps results reproducible.
Color wheel
The palette starts from a base color and follows classic harmonies: analogous, complementary, triadic, tetradic, or monochrome.
The wallpaper generator creates images without uploading files to a server: all rendering happens in the browser. You can pick 16:9, 4K, vertical phone presets, or enter a custom size.
Color selection is based on the HSL wheel. Analogous and monochrome schemes produce calmer ornaments, while complementary, triadic, and tetradic palettes create stronger multi-accent patterns.
