  1. The Taroko people, descendants of Truku Seediq people who moved to the east side of Formosa in the 16th century.
  2. Seediq, the language that is spoken by the Taroko people and the Seediq people in three main dialects (Truku, Toda or Tuuda, and Tgdaya or Tkdaya or Paran); in particular, its Truku dialect (which is sometimes considered to include Toda).
  3. Taroko National Park in Taiwan.
