  1. Of or relating to the arrangement of the hymenium of some mushroom species in the genera Coprinus, Coprinopsis, Coprinellus, Panaeolus, Psilocybe and Lacrymaria. The intermittent maturation and shedding of spores in radial bands beginning from the periphery of each gill, deliquescing from the bottom and advancing upwards.
