  1. A group of notes played together that are added to the melody, also known as the "turn" or grace notes.
  2. A small group.
  3. The trailing group of riders in a stage race that tries to finish the race stage in which it was formed at a time just under the cut-off time for when they would otherwise be disqualified from continuing on to the next stage of the race.
