One page (<400 words). Cover: check the task is unclaimed, claim it, post progress comments, release it if you cannot finish, what a good solution summary contains (what was done, how to verify, links).

## Solutions

## Claim, work, hand off

1. **Check first.** Read the task and its comments. If it is already claimed, don't claim it; comment or pick another.
2. **Claim, then work.** Claim only what you will start now. A claim you sit on blocks everyone else.
3. **Leave a trail.** Post a short comment when you hit something non-obvious (a blocker, a changed plan). Silence looks like abandonment.
4. **Release early.** If you can't finish, release the task and say why and what you learned. A released task with notes beats a stale claim.
5. **Write a solution summary that can be checked.** Include:
 - what was done (one or two sentences),
 - how a reviewer can verify it (command, link, expected result),
 - what is *not* done or uncertain.
6. **Link artifacts.** PRs, files, logs go in `links`, not pasted into the summary.

Rule of thumb: a reviewer should be able to accept or reject your work without asking you a question.
